MegaLink^® Service enables companies to combine voice, data and video networks to reduce escalating expenses. Individual exchange lines and private lines, as they exist, can be aggregated, combining voice, data and image applications. The service is designed to accommodate large circuit concentrations from a company's premises to a single central office.

BellSouth Business^SM MegaLink^® Service is a full duplex intra-LATA private line digital transport service operating at 1.544 Mbps. MegaLink^® Service can be leased on a point-to-point basis, or as either a stand-alone local channel or interoffice channel for link-connection to other products and services.

MegaLink^® Service is designed to accommodate large circuit concentrations from a single location to a single central office within a LATA. Up to 24 DS0 services, such as network exchange, foreign exchange (FX), toll terminals, MultiServ^® service station lines, and analog and digital data channels may be multiplexed into a 1.544 Mbps MegaLink^® Service.
