Rate ISDN (PRI) service uses the public telephone network to carry an all-digital signal
that can satisfy your company's voice and data communications needs in the most efficient,
flexible way possible. With PRI service, you can combine voice and data communications
with the flexibility to add capacity when you need it, and re-allocate that capacity at
any time. BellSouth BusinessSM PRI
service provides 1.54 Mbps of capacity — the equivalent of a T-1 line. PRI service
boasts 23 channels available to support voice, data and video services that can be easily
combined or re-allocated for greater flexibility. PRI service also has a 24th channel to
support signaling between your equipment and the BellSouth network.
