This system offers small business customers a
feature-rich voice processing system that helps them serve their clients better, increase
productivity, and control expenses. It enhances productivity and allows for quicker
decision making when in the office or on the road. It offers cost effective voice mail,
call answer, and Automated Attendant services with advanced messaging features, superb
voice quality and multilingual capabilities. It is ideal for PARTNER® Plus, PARTNER II®,
and PARTNER ACS customers who require advanced messaging features.
PARTNER
MAIL VS®
PARTNER MAIL VS is a highly integrated,
easy-to-use, simple messaging system specifically designed for PARTNER Plus, PARTNER II,
and PARTNER ACS. The Automated Attendant service answers calls with a custom-recorded
company greeting. Callers can then be transferred to a particular extension, department,
voice mailbox, or announcement by following a series of voice prompts. The unique Tutor
Service provides step-by-step voice instructions on how to use PARTNER telephones and
helps reduces the time it takes for new or temporary employees to learn how to use the
phones.
PARTNER Voice Messaging
For the PARTNER Advanced Communications System, you
can select the optional PARTNER Voice Messaging feature--an easy-to-use, integrated system
that works like a sophisticated answering machine but does not require a separate piece of
equipment. PARTNER Voice Messaging includes four mailboxes and allows callers to dial
"0" to reach an attendant or receptionist.
INTUITY AUDIX® VS
This advanced multimedia messaging system was
created exclusively for use with the MERLIN LEGEND® Communications System. In addition to
providing voice messaging services such as round-the-clock coverage of calls and Automated
Attendant for call routing, INTUITY AUDIX VS Fax Messaging can help businesses manage
their faxes and combine them with their voice messages into one multimedia mailbox.

Messaging
MERLIN Messaging is the ideal voice messaging
solution for companies that are new to voice messaging as well as for growing companies
with changing business needs. It's the affordable, flexible solution that seamlessly
integrates voice messaging into your business. MERLIN Messaging is compatible with the
MERLIN LEGEND® R7 Communications System and future releases of MERLIN systems. It
supports 2, 4 or 6 voice ports with 100 hours of messaging storage for up to 200
subscriber mailboxes. MERLIN Messaging offers many more powerful features, including
Cascaded Outcalling, multiple Automated Attendants, Guest Mailboxes, Personal Distribution
Lists and Multilingual Capabilities.
