Ideal for small and growing companies, this system offers up to 48 mailboxes to meet current and future needs.

PARTNER MAIL VS gives your business some powerful customer-service advantages. The automated attendant means you’re open for business 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Callers are always greeted by your personalized recording and quickly routed to the right person during business hours. At night or on weekends, voice messaging ensures that you get every message, even if you’re out of the office or visiting a client. In fact, our system will even dial up to five numbers to “find” you and let you know you have a message. And the ability to transfer callers out of a voice mailbox to a back up person means you can always identify and serve the customer who needs immediate attention.

Voice messaging can also save you time and money. You can use recorded announcements to provide callers with directions to your office, your hours of operation, and other important information. This feature makes it easy for callers to access routine information quickly, and frees your employees to speak with those callers who need individual attention. And for times when you need to work undisturbed at your desk but don’t want to miss an important call, the live call screening feature allows you to listen-in as a caller is leaving a message. With just the touch of a button, this feature increases your productivity by helping you determine which calls to answer right away.

Automated Attendant
Automatically answers and routes incoming calls by extension number or name.

Architectural Overview
Built into a PARTNER module that slides into the PARTNER control unit. The PARTNER MAIL VS supports up to 4 ports and 48 mailboxes, and 100 hours of storage.

The multiple configurations allow you to closely match your voice messaging system with your particular business needs. Choose the largest system right away to handle heavy volume or start with the smaller configuration and be confident you can upgrade to a larger system when the need arises.

Administration
Administration is performed via the touch-tone keypad of any telephone on-site or remotely, using the administration password.
